When Will I Know You Have Got My Parcel?
The Special Delivery service guarantees next working day delivery, We will email you as soon as your parcel has been received with an offer.
What If I Do Not Accept Your Offer?
If our offer is not acceptable to you we will return your gold using “Special Delivery” insured up to the value that you sent them to us.
How Do You Know we are a Legitimate Company?
Scrap Gold Traders have 45 years experience in the Scrap Gold and Bullion Business. We have premises in the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and we have served thousands of customers. If you prefer to visit us in person please feel free to visit our Jewellery Quarter premises.
How Do I Know that I am Receiving the Best Price for our Gold?
We offer the same price to our public customers as our trade customers giving you the customer access to prices normally only offered to bulk sellers using large refiners. We are able to provide this high level service as our overheads are kept low with in house refining.
We also constantly monitor our competitor’s prices to ensure we are always offering the best price on the net. You know your gold is valuable, you wouldn't sell you gold as “Cheap as Chips” so why not try us out.
When Should I expect Payment?
As we always have sufficient funds your payment will be sent immediately once our offer for your gold has been accepted.
Payment can be offered to you in Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
